Extend the life and usefulness of IBM iSeries 400 hardware and software that is already in place and meeting your needs. Wintouch uses a Java Applet and any web browser to provide secure access to all of your CRM data plus your AS/400 applications! Field personnel can input orders and service requests, check inventory levels and credit status and much more from outside the office using real-time wireless access and/or remote sync!

Automatically Populate Existing ERP Programs

In addition to allowing the user quick access to an unlimited number of green screens, Wintouch incorporates a tool that builds a "script" for emulation sessions. For instance, a script can be written that will automatically populate Wintouch data into an order form specific to your ERP system.

Data can be entered into Wintouch and populate your back end systems, or data can be entered in a green screen terminal emulation session, populating the back end systems, as well as Wintouch. Data entered directly into your ERP and other back end applications will also update Wintouch.
