- Track incoming bids or estimates for printing, etc. from any number of vendors.
- Export segmented target data to Excel for custom forecasting, analysis, charting and marketing campaigns

- Optimize marketing segmentation. Know who the 20% of existing customers are that generate 80% of your current business. Repeat successful marketing campaigns to that same group. Increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Provide templates to sales reps that are consistent with corporate marketing strategies and sales goals.
Marketing and Media Opportunity Tracking
Wintouch eCRM enables a marketing manager to track his/her opportunities and leads throughout any customized cycle. Information such as lead source, projected close month, total potential revenue can all be entered and subsequently utilized in searches and in reports (such as a sales lead projections). In addition, leads are distributed immediately to the appropriate rep so no opportunity is missed.

Contact History
Wintouch eCRM also allows marketing reps to quickly access the sales/order history or contact history of a particular customer or publication. This information can be viewed, sorted, and organized using the criteria from any data field in Wintouch or any other AS/400 application. The resulting data can then be used in media lists, marketing campaigns, cross-selling, up-selling, call lists, and promotional offers. Even if the sales information was not originally entered into Wintouch the data can be viewed and analyzed (in Wintouch) by utilizing our back end (ERP) integration tools.
