Costa Mesa, CA – Touchtone Corporation, developer of eCRM software and
development tools for the IBM iSeries (AS/400) operating
system, announced a strategic partnership with Effect NV, a
leading Unified Messaging solution provider in Belgium.
Touchtone inked an agreement with Effect
NV President Jan Boudrez in October for Effect to be the
exclusive representative for Touchtone’s Wintouch eCRM
product in Belgium, and the northern part of France. "Already,
Effect has had phenomenal success with the product," said Touchtone
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Rich Hall. "During the past
few weeks the sales force at Effect has brought 4 significant
opportunities to the table for Wintouch, and these are outstanding
organizations with tremendous potential for the customer, Effect and
Touchtone," Hall said.
This agreement culminates a
relationship that has been in the works for several months. The two
companies and various staff people with both firms have been in talks
about sharing the remarkable technology of Wintouch eCRM.
