Incoming or outgoing emails can be logged as activities and classified by categories that you define. Organized storage of this communication ensures easy referencing by any authorized team member, while mining a dataset that can be used for reporting and analysis purposes.
When an email is sent or received, Wintouch checks to see if the sender or recipient is a known contact and proceeds to identify the account they are associated with. If you choose to save the email, it will be time stamped, saved under that account/contact (with attachments), and categorized based on your selections in as few as 3 clicks. The activity can optionally be tied to a project, an order, an incident, etc.
